The team behind Augustus gelato Pascoe Vale is truly dedicated to the craft of artisan gelato. Whilst we respect the traditional, we’re also constantly searching out new recipes. We create traditional classics and long-time favourites, while also experimenting to produce something a little more out of the ordinary. From classic chocolate to decadent tiramisu, we have a flavour for everyone in the family. We even have gluten-free cones to go with our many gluten-free scoops. Gelato and sorbets are what we’re all about, and we’ve never lost focus on that. However, we do offer other menu options too. We’re also scooping sorbet, spinning milkshakes and serving colourful cakes seven days a week. Rain hail or shine, we’re serving a scoop, a smile and more 365 days a year.
